Rich's Birthday

My ex-husband's birthday is on St. Patrick's Day. I realized after working on it for a bit that I used a similar design maybe 10 years ago. But the differences are that I used patterned paper for the shamrocks and the rainbow is done in pastel colors. I had bought a set of pastel paint markers last year. This was my first time using them. Also, the Cross stamp is recently new. It's also myfirst time using that.
